Cancellation/No-Show Policy 

Policies

All clients are required to send a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment with me. The deposit amount is 50% of the service(s) booked and goes towards the overall cost of the service after the completed appointment. If you are to cancel/reschedule/no-show within 24 hours of your appointment time, the deposit will act as your cancellation/no-show fee and will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required upon rebooking. If you have to cancel your appointment and DO give me a 24 hour notice, the deposit is transferrable to the rescheduled appointment. Please note that the fee amount is a rough estimate based on what you booked during your consultation.  Any add ons will adjust the amount of your remaining balance.  
 

No Children Please

If you have children please do not bring them to your appointment with you, unless they are coming in for a service. I work in a small confined space and do not have accommodations for them. If you are not able to get childcare the day of your appointment I would be more than happy to reschedule to a different day or time that I have available!

Late Policy 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment there is a chance I may not be able to complete the service(s) booked. Depending on how late the client is and what my schedule looks like on that day we may have to reschedule the appointment for a later date and the client will still be charged 50% of the service(s) price. 

Clients Under 18

Clients under the age of 18 are required to have parental/guardian approval before all chemical services. If you as the client are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian sign before I can perform services on you.
